Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how A1 Zoho Solutions ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and safeguards information when you use our website, contact us, or install one of our Zoho Marketplace extensions.
Information we collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide through our contact and newsletter forms, including your name, email address, phone number, company, and project details.
Our web host keeps standard server access logs, which record the IP address and browser making each request, as every web server does. We do not analyse these to profile visitors, and we run no analytics product alongside them.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, provide and improve our services, send requested communications (such as our newsletter), and comply with legal obligations.
Lead information submitted through our forms may be stored in our Zoho CRM to manage our relationship with you.
Cookies and browser storage
This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, advertising, or visitor-tracking scripts. There is nothing here that follows you between sites, so there is no consent banner to dismiss.
If you change the site's colour theme or switch between light and dark mode, that single choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the site looks the same on your next visit. It is written only when you use those controls, never on an ordinary visit, and it is a preference rather than an identifier - it says nothing about who you are. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.
Fonts are served from this site rather than from a third-party font service, so simply reading a page does not reveal your visit to anyone else.
Embedded videos
Documentation pages can include walkthrough videos hosted on YouTube. Nothing is requested from YouTube until you press play - until then the player is our own placeholder - so reading a guide does not disclose anything to Google.
Once you press play, the video is loaded from youtube-nocookie.com and YouTube receives your IP address and device information, at which point Google's own privacy policy applies to that playback.
Our Zoho Marketplace extensions
This section covers the extensions we publish for Zoho, including WorkDrive In Zoho CRM. Installing one does not create an account with us.
Our extensions run entirely inside your own Zoho environment. They communicate only with Zoho's own services - such as Zoho CRM and Zoho WorkDrive - using the connectors and permissions you approve at installation. Your records, files, and folders stay within your Zoho organisation.
We do not receive, view, store, or process the business data an extension touches. Your CRM records and the documents in your WorkDrive are never copied to our servers or to any third party, and our extensions keep no usage analytics or error reporting of their own. Whatever the extension writes - a folder it creates, or a reference it saves on a record - is written inside your Zoho account and remains under your control.
There is one exception, and it is limited to the moment you install or uninstall. Zoho sends us a notification email at that point containing the name and email address of the person who performed the action, so that we know an installation happened and can offer support. The same event also sends a welcome or a follow-up message to that person. No CRM record, file, or folder is included in either message, and nothing further is sent to us for as long as the extension runs.
We use those notifications only to provide support and to understand how the extension is being adopted. We do not sell them, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time using the contact address below.
Beyond that one notification, your data never reaches us, so we cannot retrieve or delete it on your behalf. You manage it directly in Zoho, and uninstalling the extension stops it acting on your organisation. Data handled inside Zoho's platform is governed by your own agreement with Zoho.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers (such as CRM, email, and hosting platforms) strictly to operate our business, and only as necessary.
Data security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
